Moving along on the rebuild. Decided to run the R888's as our racing will be in vintage, which requires a treaded tire. Hopefully they will work out just fine. Calipers tomorrow if my cold doesn't continue to get worse.

We ran the 25 Hours of Thuderhill Gen3 on R888's. They work just fine and will last a lot longer than the Hoosiers!

World Challenge ran on R888 for a good while, even the big bore GT class. So you should be fine there. Car is looking good! Also just as an FYI you can race the renault in our divisional races too!

Some more progress. Seat turned out real nice and we both fit in it now. Added 2” in the center and then took 1” out of each side of the mounting points. Powder coat on the steelies for a set of rains.

Bodywork being picked up tomorrow. Alignment, coolant lines, axles and some other items to be completed.

Quite the transformation over the last several months, but she is about 98% complete and ready for next weekend at Gingerman Raceway Park.

Scott -
Very Nice. I'll use "Old School Speak" - Sanitary!

Best of Luck at Gingerman. Who gets to drive?
When I used to fly, I was called an AVIATOR.
Now, I race cars. So, am I called a PAVIATOR?

Completed drivers school and the race weekend with VSCDA. Car ran great and didn’t run into any issues. What a fun car to drive. Lots a learning to do

SWEET! [And very Sanitary]
My season was plagued with electrical issues - think I've solved the RENIX ECU,. And, Boat delivery. Boat is now for sale - next season will be more fun. Nice Pics.

Cheers - Jim
