I want to get a scan tool that will work with my truck and interface with either my iPad or Android phone. Anybody have any experience / suggestions???

It is big bucks but Matco has one. I saw it on one at the Goodguys car show.

If you can wait until November, you go to the GG show in Pleasanton and talk to the tool guys directly. If I still have my Hot Rod, I can get you in on my show pass. Provided that you aren't affraid to ride in the beast with an early am (6ish) departure.

Gopoint BT1. Interfaces with ipad, can monitor PIDs, clear codes, and it has a dash command app as well as GOPoint apps, and interfaces with Harrys Lap Timer...
