FIA Safe Motor Sport Guide
Posted: Thu Dec 08, 2011 12:31 amThe FIA and the FIA Institute have published an updated Driver’s Guide to Safer Motor Sport. The Guide aims to both educate younger drivers and remind the more experienced competitors about all aspects of safety. The Guide provides information and advice on every area of driver preparation and practice. It includes practical tips on how to prepare before a competition event and an overview of safety features such as driver equipment and in-car protection. It also gives important advice on what to do in case an accident happens, as well as useful information on hydration and diet.
