Hello!

I have recently purchased SRF #009.
It was racing with me in October at Watkins so it has been a recently run car and it seems like a reasonably good update/overhaul was done about 1 year ago.

I've found a few loose ends (wobbly battery, computer, rubber hoses with screws for vacuum caps/etc) but nothing really concerning at all.

I'm hoping to start it up here in a week or two and run in my "30 second local test track "

Can anyone share some tips of areas that I should look at prior to actually racing it?
Or start-up suggestions?

I've got good deal of experience with cars (built one, restored one, working on another one now) so I should be able to work out the details I think.
