One of my racer friends looked in my trailer once and asked why I had a stack of new radiators in the boxes. I responded that in our class, radiators were considered a 'consumable' part.

Perhaps the marketing department would refer to it as a, "corrugated, metallic, water-filled honeycomb for impact absorbtion and driver protection".

(Though, I'm feeling guilty that no one has helped Wayne with an actual answer. Personally, I've never tried to find a "neat and clean" way to drain the cooling system.)
