Fairly recently I purchased a car that had been sitting for 3 years. It was run on a chassi dyno and found to be running rich. After a couple of MAFs and the adj FP the air fuel ratio was better. HP is down. I'm sure there can be a myriad of causes. I suspect some of it could be varnish on the injectors causing a less than optimum spray pattern. What items come off first to get at the injectors? Should I purchase o rings for replacement when I get the cleaned injectors back?
Thanks

You just need to pull the fuel rail to get to the injectors. Most places that clean them replace to O-rings, too.

No problem. The little bolts are tricky to get to, though (easier to get out than back in ). And the o-rings are probably sticky.

Is there an authorize place that we have to send injectors for maintenance/cleaning etc? If not, can anyone recommend a place to send them to get them checked out?
