Idle Air Control Adjustment

Far as I know there is no real adjustments. This is all done thru ECU and information it is given from other sensors. ECU tells idle air control what to do. Nothing to adjust.

OK. its just there is a twist knob on it; wasn't sure what, if anything, it did...

That is just a cover for the vent. You can pull it off and there is just a tube sticking out. Cover keeps dirt out.

If you have a Gen 2 disconnect the plug from the sensor. If you have a Gen 3, there is a new mapping out for this problem.

Purchase one that works. [;)] New ones cost more than they are worth, but it's pretty easy to find used ones.
We almost never have had problems with them, then had 3 go bad this year.
