Want to make a hose I can attach at the fuel filter to use in pumping out the fuel cell. Are these AN -11 size fittings on the fuel lines?

Per the information below, AN fittings are designated by the hose OD, in 1/16 increments. I measure approximately 11/16 on the fuel hose at the fuel filter inlet. That would make an AN-11 fitting. But I don't find this size fitting at Pegagus Racing, making me think this must be either a -10 size, or -12 size AN fitting. I am thinking probably -10.

Can anyone confirm?

My aim is to make a hose fitting I can use to empty the fuel tank, by removing the line at fuel filter inlet and attaching temporarily. It would be nice to have something that does not spray gas everywhere.

Here's what I have found about AN fitting sizes for anyone interested:

AN sizes range from -2 (dash two) to -32 in irregular steps, with each step equating to the OD (outside diameter) of the tubing in 1/16" increments. Therefore, a -8 AN size would be equal to 1/2" OD tube (8 x 1/16 = 1/2).

get the angle correct, there are two types, one is a 45 degree JIC and the other a 30 SEA and the one that is on my car is a JIC 45 degree I think- just had Omni make a new file line that went from the tank to filter- They can make any hose you want- he did not recommend braided- felt it was overkill and added nothing to the hose- the braid is suppose to protect the line but makes it a lot stiffer.

Another issue with braided steel is abrasion...

Also, it can be possible to disconnect at the fuel rail inlet and drape the line down into a jug (depending on how the line is run). Then you don't have the fuel drain out of the lines when you disconnect the line from the filter - although some will still come out of the rail...
