I thought I would ask this question 1st " W h y ?"
A] Lower HP?
B] Increase HP?
C] To insure spec for All?
D] Non above?

I don't know why our Runoffs restrictor plate shouldn't also be legal. Seems kind of silly to have it for only one event.
