Not much conversation the last couple days, figure I'll seed things with a couple NASCAR jokes:

Q) How many NASCAR drivers does it take to burn up a race track?

A) Just Juan.

Q) What are the odds of a driver losing it, going around a blocking truck and hitting a jet dryer?

A) Juan in a million

:D

I have to agree with one of the announcers who said "I have officially seen everything!"

I'm sure Tide is loving the publicity, but now they might have to tell people not to clean jet fuel off their clothes in the washing machine.

I wouldn't worry so much about the washing machine. On the other hand, the dryer would be an interesting test of how well the Jet Fuel had been removed.

Ok, I'm not normally one to pile on but since there are NASCAR jokes flowing I saw this on a t-shirt this last weekend at the Double Rational at Willow Springs:

Too dumb for opera,
Too smart for NASCAR.

Bonus on the back:

NASCAR's idea of technology: colored duct tape.

Cheers,
Jon

Yes Jon, but thanks to NASCAR we can keep our SRF's looking good and back on track. They just need to come out with colored Bear Bond.

Yeah, I was upset that I had to bow out at the last minute. I was looking forward to seeing everyone.
My own fault as a poorly planned and timed project to paint the living room and hallway had the house in a state of chaos and unlivable. I had to forgo the race to finish that so my family wouldn't have to find somewhere else to live.

And I have benefitted from the colored duct tape for sure. In fact I think next time I change paint schemes I am going to pick a couple of duct tape colors and have the paint matched to it...

Cheers,
Jon
