Note that SM and SRF are in separate race groups, making a lot of people happy.

Bummer...

I liked pretending I was a prototype passing GTs

(I'm guessing all the smokers will be at BeaveRun )

Well Dave,

You could hang around for the week and run it in a support series for ALMS/IRL. I think they run Can-Am lites. :D

I haven't been to Mid-O for many years, and this one sounds like it could be a good reason for me to make the 8 hour tow. Will be looking for some folks to hang out with... 8-)

Dan, you are welcome to paddock at the top of the hill with the "Hill People." Usually about 8 or so SRF`s on the grassy hill above the trees. Always helpful if you get an unfortunate "ding" during the weekend.

Dan,
Keep in mind that the reason the Hill People are so helpful with your "unfortunate dings" is because they are the ones handing them out on the track. They like to end up ding-neutral for the weekend.

The grassy knoll in July is a bit too hot for me.

Think I'll be a tree dweller again this year.

Hmm, the "Hill People"... sounds like a motley crew... right up my alley! I appreciate the warm welcome, and we'll have to see how the next couple of months go. Hope to see you folks in July. Thanks all!

Dan, pay no attention to Hal, he`s just jealous of all the groupies that hang around on the hill hoping for a "crumb" of our attention. He has tried a couple of times to sneak up on the hill, but is a dead give-away in his Danica wig.
