From Race Monitor:


"Enable Local History" allows you to turn on/off the collection of individual lap times by the device when you're making a direct connection to an RMonitor feed. The option is available because some older devices have less RAM and long races with lots of laps can cause issues. This option doesn't affect races that are listed within the app (only connections directly to raw feed from a timing system)

If you're wanting to go back and review results from races that are listed in the app, you can do so through the Race Results section of the app. Just tap on the Race Results entry at the top of the directory (there is a checkered flag next to it)
