For the 15 years that I've been racing, I've been towing my SRF on an open trailer custom built for an SRF with a V8 4Runner. Periodically, I've thought about an enclosed trailer. Lately, I've been thinking about the Trailex CTE 84180T. Fully loaded, it would be around 4,000 lbs. The 4Runner is rated for 7,300 lbs. Anyone have any thoughts about using the CTE 84180T for an SRF?

I don't want to get a traditional box trailer because I'd definitely need to upgrade the tow vehicle and I don't want to do that. Especially not now, considering the current state of the car and truck market!

TIA,
Ed

I was just getting ready to list my aluminum ATC trailer that I had custom made for the SRF to be towed with a small SUV.

Less than 3000 miles

Tows beautifully with a 2015 6cylinder MB 350MLC

I can provide more details if you are seriously interested
